Create Your Business Manager

Follow these steps to set up your Meta Business Manager from scratch, then grant our team access so we can get your campaigns live.
1 Click the link below to open the Business Manager setup page
The following page should appear:
2 Click "Create an Account"
3 Fill in your business details in the popup window
4 Add your existing Facebook Business Page or create a new one
Once your Business Manager dashboard loads, click “Add a Page” to connect an existing page – or go to Pages under the Accounts section to create a new one.
5Go to Business Settings → People and click "Add People"
6 Enter both of our email addresses and click "Next"
Please add both team members so we can both access your account:
7 Set access to "Full Control → Manage" and click "Next"
In the next window, scroll down to the Full Control section, open the dropdown, and select Manage.
8 Grant page access - toggle on "Everything" and click "Invite"
Select your page, scroll down to Full Control, toggle on Everything, then click Invite.

Meta · Option B

Add Us to Your Existing Business Manager

Already have Meta Business Manager set up? Follow these quick steps to grant our team access and we’ll take it from there.
1 Click the link below to access your Business Manager
The following page should appear. Please click on your existing Business Manager.
2 Go to Business Settings → People and click "Add People"
3 Invite both of us as Admins by entering our emails and clicking "Next"

Google Ads

Share Your Google Ads Customer ID

To get started with Google Ads, all we need is your 10-digit Customer ID. We’ll send a link request from our manager account and you’ll simply approve it.
1 Sign in to Google Ads
Sign in with the Google account connected to your Google Ads account.
2 Find your 10-digit Customer ID
Once logged in, look at the top right corner of the page – you’ll see your account name followed by a 10-digit number in the format XXX-XXX-XXXX. That’s your Customer ID.
3 Share your Customer ID with us
Once you have your 10-digit Customer ID, simply reply to our onboarding email or send it to us directly at:

TikTok Ads

Add Click Squad as a Partner in TikTok Business Center

Follow these steps to add Click Squad as a partner in your TikTok Business Center and assign us access to your ad assets.
1 Log in to TikTok Business Center

Sign in using your TikTok for Business credentials. If you don’t have a Business Center account yet, you can also access it via ads.tiktok.com and navigate to the Business Center from there.

2 Go to the Partners section
From your Business Center dashboard, click Partners in the left sidebar. This is where you manage agency and partner relationships.
3 Add Click Squad as a Partner

Click “Add Partner” and enter our Business Center ID:

4 Assign assets to Click Squad
Once the partnership is confirmed, assign us access to the following assets by clicking on the Click Squad partner entry and selecting Assign Assets:

Pinterest Ads

Add Click Squad as a Partner in Pinterest Business Manager

Follow these steps to add Click Squad as a partner in your Pinterest Business Manager so we can manage your Pinterest ad campaigns.
1Go to Pinterest Business Manager

Sign in with your Pinterest account. Make sure you’re using a Business account – if you only have a personal account, click Convert to Business on the page.

2Navigate to Partners
In the left sidebar, click Business Settings, then select Partners from the menu.
3 Add Click Squad as a Partner
Click “Add partner” in the top right corner and enter our Business ID:

4 Assign your Ad Account
Once Click Squad appears as a partner, click on our name and assign your Ad Account so we can create and manage campaigns on your behalf.

LinkedIn Ads

Grant Click Squad Access to Your LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Follow these steps to give our team access to your LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Company Page so we can run your LinkedIn ad campaigns.
1Go to Pinterest Business Manager
Sign in with your LinkedIn account. If you don’t have a Campaign Manager account yet, click Create account and connect it to your Company Page.
2Open your Campaign Manager account

Click on your account name (e.g. Click Squad) to open it. Make sure the account is linked to your Company Page before proceeding.

3Go to Manage Access

In the left sidebar, click Account Settings to expand it, then click Manage Access.

4 Add Paul Medina as Account Manager
Click Add user and search for Paul Medina. Set his role to Account Manager and click Save.

Search by name or LinkedIn profile URL:

5 Add a Billing Method
In the left sidebar under Account Settings, click Billing. Click Manage credit card to add your payment method so campaigns can go live.
6 Add Paul Medina as Paid Media Admin on your Company Page

Go to your LinkedIn Company Page. Click Settings in the left sidebar, then Manage Admins. Click the Paid Media Admins tab, then click + Add paid media admin and search for Paul Medina.

X (Twitter) Ads

Add Click Squad to Your X Ads Account

Follow these steps to grant our team access to your X Ads account so we can manage and run your campaigns.
1Log in to X Ads Manager and open "Edit access to account"
Once logged in, click on your account name in the top right corner. A dropdown will appear – select “Edit access to account”.
2Click "Add access"
On the access management screen, click the Add access button in the top right.
3Find Paul, set role to "Account administrator", and click "Save changes"
Search for Paul’s X handle, select Account administrator from the role dropdown, then click Save changes.
